Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring for a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound parts processing. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions while operating barcode scanners and basic computer systems.

Training occurs for 2–3 weeks with a flexible schedule, followed by evening shifts from 3:50 PM to 12:20 AM. Compensation is $17 per hour and the job emphasizes safety gear and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse or related role.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Steel or composite-toe shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts and goods arriving are in good condition (no dings, scratches, bends).
• Pick parts to fill or complete orders.
• Verify parts against shipping paperwork and quantities.
• Stock parts and stage on carts or racks.
• Package parts according to guidelines.
• Load and process orders for shipping.

Pay: $17/HR

Shift: Thursday - Sunday from 1:48pm - 10:18pm.

MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY IN YOUR SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST 2-3 WEEKS FOR TRAINING

You'll need to train for about a 2-3 weeks. The hours for training will be: Monday - Friday (any mix of days, but likely Monday - Wednesday) from 7:18am - 3:48pm AND Saturday and Sunday from 5:18am - 1:48pm

Working hours: 3:50 PM - 12:20 AM

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts coming in are in good order ? no dings, scratches, bends, etc.
• Pick parts as needed to fill or complete orders
• Verify that parts and quantity of parts are in accordance with the shipping paperwork
• Stock parts
• Stage parts on designated carts or racks
• Package parts according to outlined guidelines
• Load and process orders for shipping

Skills
