Job summary

OTG Management is seeking a Warehouse Receiver at MSP to stock and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate receipt and distribution of products across airport locations. You will verify invoices, organize stock, uphold sanitation standards, and support inventory control within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in accordance with OTG procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read invoices and count product accurately.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and FIFO guidelines.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 85 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and receives incoming merchandise into warehouse.
• Verifies accuracy of incoming merchandise against invoice.
• Organizes merchandise and stocks appropriately.
• Maintains stock in an organized and clean fashion.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the storeroom to company standards.
• Inspects incoming merchandise to ensure quality.
• Fulfill orders per distribution requests.
• Maintains inventory of all warehouse items.
• Communicates run outs and any service/quality problems to Supervisor or MOD.
• Adheres to sanitation and FIFO guidelines.
• Cleans, sweeps, and restocks as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The OTG Warehouse Receiver stocks and maintains all warehouse inventory, including food, produce, supplies, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages; delivers to all OTG Management locations within the Airport Terminal; participates in quality control to ensure no damaged product is accepted into the warehouse or distributed to the OTG locations.

In This Role, You Will:

• Communicates run outs and service/quality problems to Supervisor/MOD
• Adheres to sanitation and FIFO (first in, first out) regulations
• Clean, sweeps, and restocks as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Must understand and adhere to all airport rules and regulations
• Ability to read invoices and count product
• Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations and FIFO guidelines
• Ability to life 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 85 pounds on occasion
• Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve product
• Ability to push and pull delivery cart
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to coworkers and management
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
