Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Madison, WI to perform inbound quality checks, verify product data, and enter information into the WMS via handheld devices. You will also support loading, storage preparation, and equipment operation as needed.

The role offers full-time, non-exempt status with opportunities to handle shipments, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with a busy team in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years receiving experience preferred.
• 1-2 years warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse paperwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, review, and check all assigned inbounds for quality and data accuracy.
• Verify product, code date, and quantities of inbounds.
• Receive product and enter all product information into WMS using handheld devices.
• Perform quality checks on loads as necessary.
• Prepare loads for storage (sorting, stacking, labelling, and handling).
• Operate PIT and other equipment as necessary.
• Over, Short, and Damage: Report shortages and overages to supervisor.
• Assist with miscellaneous warehouse duties as necessary.
• Complete work orders to ensure proper tracking and billing.

The Job Details
