Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Reach Operator to ensure inventory is properly stored and readily accessible. You will operate reach trucks, follow FIFO, and use RF scanners to track movement.

This role offers steady daytime hours, Mon-Fri, with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate or learn a reach truck and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Dependability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay on task.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Warehouse Reach Operator who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.

The Details

• Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated areas)
• Equipment: Reach trucks and warehouse systems
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - Finish
• Pay: $20 per hour
