Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Loader to help build and load outgoing orders for delivery. You’ll move products using pallet jacks, loading dry, refrigerated, and frozen items, and ensure loads are stable and wrapped.

This role requires physical stamina, accuracy, and teamwork in a multi-temperature warehouse. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM until finish; pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour; full-time, non-exempt with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to operate or learn pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets.
• Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely.
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked and shrink-wrapped to maintain load integrity.
• Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products.
• Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items.
• Work closely with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
