Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Quality Supervisor to lead the frontline quality control team in a fast-paced distribution center in Whitestown, IN.

You will oversee daily checks, manage labor, and enforce FDA/DHS/Hazmat guidelines to ensure 100% shipment accuracy. Responsibilities include coaching Quality Associates, optimizing RF scanner/WMS workflows, and partnering with management to elevate site productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• Quality control or supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL.
• Regulatory awareness: FDA/Hazmat compliance desirable.
• Proficient with warehouse MHE and RF scanners; pass forklift certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily quality checks across incoming/outgoing materials to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee labor allocation, coaching, and cross-training of staff.
• Enforce FDA/DHS/Hazmat guidelines and Langham SOPs across operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Investigate root causes of errors and manage corrective actions.
