Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. Whiteland, Indiana, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Life Sciences quality team at the Whiteland facility, directing QA policies, processes, and learning tools. This role acts as the primary liaison with client quality standards for pharmaceutical distribution operations.

You will oversee audits, drive a culture of quality, manage reports and CAPAs, and collaborate with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of quality management experience in logistics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and quality systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality indicators and drives QA culture across the operation.
• Interprets and applies GxP regulations to complex issues.
• Manages internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinates with Operations to meet quality objectives and schedules.
• Directs reports and matrix teams to ensure program effectiveness.
• Acts as coach and trainer to develop quality capabilities across the site.
