Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a permanent full-time Quality Coordinator at our Wilmer warehouse facility in Texas. You will verify packaging codes, monitor quality, and support GMP-compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting products for defects, maintaining GMP standards, and documenting quality data for supervisors. Benefits start from day 30, with medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Experience in a food-grade facility is preferred.
• Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications.
• Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications.
• Perform timely checks to meet specifications.
• Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Maintain qualify to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc.
• Ensure product quality to meet Customer, state and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Quality Coordinator at our warehouse manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $17.25 per hour
• Additional Pay $0.25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements

• Associate's Degree preferred
• High school diploma required
• Previous experience in food grade facility
• Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.
