Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform QC checks on all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Gather information to determine shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate inventory management; drop materials into deviation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on discrepancies or questions.
• Assist Quality Manager with projects and initiatives.
• Ensure proper client communication per SOPs/Client Quality Agreement.
• Conduct inventory counts, identify errors, and communicate with stakeholders.
