Job summary

Valley Cooperative Association in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Warehouse Putaway & Replenisher to join our warehouse team. You will put away stock, replenish pick bays, and operate a stand-up forklift to keep dry, cooler, and frozen products stocked and ready for next-day orders.

The successful candidate will work Sunday–Thursday from 3:30 PM until completion, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely (training provided if needed).
• Work in cold environments (as low as -10°F) and in typical warehouse conditions.
• Lift 35–50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; maintain good attendance.
• Be reliable with regular and predictable attendance.
• Demonstrate accuracy in replenishment and safe putaway of goods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for putaways, replenishing pick bays, and operating a stand-up forklift to keep our dry, cooler, and frozen product areas stocked and ready for next-day orders. This role is key to keeping our warehouse efficient, accurate, and safe.

Position Requirements

• Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift (experience preferred, training provided if needed)
• Ability to work in cold environments (as low as -10°F) and typical warehouse conditions (noise, confined spaces, slippery surfaces)
• Physical ability to lift 35–50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally, with frequent walking, standing, bending, and use of hands
• Reliability with regular and predictable attendance
• Attention to detail for product quality, accurate replenishment, and safe putaway of goods

Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday, starting at 3:30 PM until work is completed
