Job summary

Rural King is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution center operations in our Alabama facility. You will pull orders with cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts, and prepare shipments to stores.

Responsibilities include locating storage for inbound freight, stacking securely, and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation. The role requires attention to safety and collaboration with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Pull warehouse orders using cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts.
• Move cargo to proper induction lanes for store shipment.
• Locate warehouse locations to store inbound freight for later retrieval.
• Ensure freight is stacked securely before moving pallets.
• Check and maintain documentation in the warehouse management system.
• Follow inbound, outbound, and freight relocation processes.
