Job summary

Rural King in Ohio is seeking a Puller to support distribution center operations. You will use equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight, moving orders to induction lanes for store delivery.

You’ll locate inbound freight, put it away for later retrieval, and help ensure accurate documentation and safe, efficient warehouse practices. Strong teamwork and the ability to follow safety rules are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King's values and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support as needed.
• Use RF scan gun to scan cases, master loads, and locations as required.
• Ensure freight is placed in correct locations and properly documented in the warehouse management system.
• Follow inbound, outbound, and freight relocation processes with accuracy.
