Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Stafford, TX to support daily warehouse operations, including crate assembly, packing, and inventory control. You will load/unload materials, prepare products for shipment, and operate forklifts where certified, contributing to a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English), with a valid driver’s license and forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wooden crates for packing heavy products for shipment.
• Perform packing, crating, and material preparation for outbound orders.
• Load and unload inventory, materials, and finished goods (up to 60 lbs).
• Maintain accurate inventory control, counts, and documentation.
• Operate company vehicles—including forklifts—for product movement and deliveries (as certified).
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including staging, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Support any additional tasks required by warehouse leadership or business needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
