Job summary

MCIS Inc is seeking a Warehouse Production Technician to assemble products, operate shop equipment, and keep the facility safe, clean, and productive while meeting daily goals.

You will read assembly prints, inspect work, measure and cut materials, operate band saws and other tools, palletize and prepare shipments, and perform routine maintenance of the warehouse grounds.

This role requires reliability, attention to safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read assembly prints and interpret drawings.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Multi-Tier Rack (MTR) systems using hand tools and power drills.
• Read and interpret assembly prints and drawings to ensure specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Measure and cut materials according to production prints and work orders.
• Safely operate band saws, hand saws, and shear machines.
• Securely stack completed assemblies on pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and report hazards.
• Operate outdoors equipment for property maintenance when needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
