Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Support Technician to provide operational support in our manufacturing warehouse. You will assist with inventory management, material handling, production support and data entry to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and supplies.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Transport materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production runs.
• Operate material handling equipment as authorized.
• Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and labeling activities.
• Complete documentation and data entry in WMS or ERP systems.
