Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse procedures for receipts, shipments, and inventory are followed.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment; coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Coordinate with other centers and leaders to align operations.
• Direct salvage of damaged or used materials.
• Participate in employee safety and plant protection activities.
• Provide leadership, enforce practices, and take corrective action when needed.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews under HR guidance.
• Mentor staff and serve as a resource to team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
