Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding goals.
You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment. Associates will work in different temperature zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F).

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform essential warehouse functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repeatedly, up to 1,000 times per day. Larger items up to 75 pounds may be lifted less frequently. The role involves standing, walking, climbing, and sitting in a warehouse environment with temperatures varying from very cool to very warm, including freezer (-20°F) and refrigerator (25-35°F) zones. Exposure to outside weather conditions and typical warehouse noise levels are expected.
