Xcel Surfaces is seeking a dependable Production Worker to manage warehouse operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will contribute to transforming pool decks and related surfaces, thriving in an all-hands-on-deck environment and helping lead a team.

Responsibilities include maintaining production flow, loading/unloading, inventory checks, forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Physical stamina and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven physical ability to lift and move heavy items up to 100 lbs.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Prior warehouse or physically demanding role preferred; transferable skills from related fields will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
• Inspect incoming deliveries and unload items.
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Perform inventory checks and quarterly cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Clean warehouse areas.
• Participate in job rotation after training.
• Learn painting and material blending skills and paperwork procedures.
• Perform other labor-intensive tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
