Job summary

Digital Room in Arlington, TX is seeking a Warehouse Production Associate to join our plant in Arlington. The role involves packing, quality checks, and operating packaging equipment during a 1:30 PM–10:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with pay ranging from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour.

You will load materials, read shipping labels, and maintain a clean, safe work area while communicating with the management team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are actively hiring for the position of Warehouse Production Associate for our plant in Arlington, TX.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00

Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Duties And Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.
• Use large format equipment to meet client product specifications
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.
• Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
• Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Perform scheduled maintenance.
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendor in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to use a computer, warehouse equipment and safe use of them. (i.e., pallet jack)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs (50% of time)
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Walking and moving around work-area (50% of time)
