Job summary

Digital Room in Arlington, TX is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to pick, pack, and prepare printing products for shipment. The role operates 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay from $14.00 to $17.00.

You'll use large format equipment, measure and weigh items, verify labels, and maintain a clean work area. Candidates need at least 1 year in manufacturing, good English, customer service orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to use a computer, warehouse equipment and safe use of them (e.g., pallet jack).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.
• Use large format equipment to meet client product specifications
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product packaged.
• Check orders on computers using the company’s database.
• Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.
• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with boxes and packing paper.
• Report all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management and vendor in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
