• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery vehicle and equipment for safe condition.
• Verify jobs are ready for pickup and delivery.
• Shrink wrap jobs for safe loading.
• Load, unload, and move pallets and materials with forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Safe movement of pallets and materials using proper equipment.
• Report workplace hazards to management.
• Ensure tools and work area are safe and compliant with safety rules.
• Be available for overtime as needed by business needs.
• Maintain inventory in the assigned area.
• Deliver jobs, supplies, and materials between buildings.

We’re hiring! Our Arlington, TX printing plant is looking for a Box Truck Driver to join our team. If you’re motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to grow with a company in the print industry, this could be the job for you.

Pay Range:

$15.00 – $22.00/hour

Actual compensation within the range will depend on a variety of factors including the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Shift:

5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check and inspect the delivery vehicle and material handling equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Verify jobs are ready for pickup and delivery to designated locations.
• Shrink wrap jobs in a pallet for safe loading and handling.
• Load, unload, and move jobs, pallets, and materials throughout the facility using a forklift, manual pallet jack, or electric pallet jack as needed.
• Safely move and handle pallets and materials using the appropriate equipment.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work station are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Will be responsible for inventory in the assigned area.
• Pick up and deliver jobs, supplies, and materials between buildings and other destinations.
