Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); ERP or Inventory Management System experience is a major plus.
• Ability to frequently lift and move material up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift operator certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it immediately).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming components against POs and packing slips.
• Perform kitting and material staging for project kits and the fabrication shop.
• Package, label, and coordinate shipments with freight carriers; deliver to local job sites.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process vendor quotes and invoices; update purchasing data in ERP.
• Track open orders and confirm vendor acknowledgments to prevent delays.
