Job summary

Therm-x of California is seeking a Warehouse Process Engineer to reorganize 80,000+ parts, boosting efficiency for low-volume high-mix production. You will cross-train in Purchasing, Receiving and Kitting, while supporting inventory traceability and packaging optimization.

Responsibilities include inventory analysis, cycle counting, barcoding system implementation, and ongoing safety compliance within a high-noise manufacturing environment. BS in engineering required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with inventory, cycle counting, and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Support de-trashing of stored material and material handling.
• Prepare Inventory analysis and identify slow/high usage inventory.
• Support accuracy of inventory traceability via cycle counting.
• Improve floor stock program and implement material barcoding.
• Conduct wall-to-wall inventory checks and support related projects.
• Report daily activities and ensure safety standards are met.
