You will collaborate across operations, quality, and logistics to solve problems and implement sustainable improvements. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering and experience in manufacturing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Experience with statistical analysis, quality tools and root-cause analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of glass manufacturing fundamentals.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve plant and customer quality concerns.
• Work as 'One Team' to reduce sources of variation in processes.
• Drive a strong customer focus with timely responses to issues.
