Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory management, and facility maintenance. You will help ensure safe, accurate, and timely processing of orders to keep products moving.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse or inventory experience, high school diploma, forklift certification preferred, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level considered.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or related equipment.
• Basic computer skills for WMS, scanners, and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, rotate products, and participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency.
