Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team and support daily operations across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory control. You will help maintain safety, quality, and customer service while facilitating smooth product flow.

The ideal candidate may have warehouse or inventory experience; a high school diploma is required, and forklift certification is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/logistics or inventory experience preferred; entry level considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain on hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and scanners.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate with team and management, attend department meetings.
