Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish merchandise, and move items on the sales floor or to customers’ vehicles. The role includes inventory checks, customer interaction, and operating a forklift.

Minimum eligibility includes being 18+, basic math, and warehouse and customer service experience. Heavier equipment experience is a plus; certifications may be needed and drug testing may apply where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery is a plus but not required.
• Forklift certifications through Floor & Decor (to be completed).
• Drug test may be required where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Assist customers in finding products and answer questions.
• Be available to help in other areas of the store as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
