DH Pace Company, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload deliveries, stock inventory, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while safely operating warehouse equipment. The position offers benefits including comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid time off, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, and optional HSAs/FSAs.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored.
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…).
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.
