Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload deliveries, stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe workspace. Responsibilities include receiving materials, verifying counts, storing stock, staging items, and using software and tools to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring stock is properly stored and staged for installation, shipment or pickup.
• Operate warehouse equipment and use company software to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment safely; basic light fabrication as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
