Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in El Paso, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate. The role involves receiving and unloading materials, stocking inventory, and operating warehouse equipment.

You will use company software and field devices to maintain accurate inventory data and support installation and delivery operations. The ideal candidate has 1+ year warehouse experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and off-load materials, verify counts to purchase orders, and check shipments for damage.
• Ensure stock is properly stored.
• Stage materials for installation, shipment, or customer pickup.
• Utilize company software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain inventory.
• Operate hand tools and equipment including ladders, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)
• Light fabricating
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
