Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations across our NC facilities. You will pull, load, unload, sort, wrap, and transport products and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift skills assessment required; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer/HMI skills and mechanical aptitude needed.
• Good math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to count large quantities and read load tickets/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Verify quality and accuracy of received and shipped products.
• Maintain records for each task (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Count items returned by sales/delivery personnel.
• Operate warehouse systems and conveyors to build pallets and load shipments.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic automation system faults.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform routine safety checks and janitorial tasks as needed.
• Assist with yard switching and adherence to GMP and food safety rules.
