Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in North Carolina. You will verify product quality, operate forklift and warehouse systems, and ensure accurate load outs for shipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, basic math/reading/writing, and strong teamwork and safety awareness in a non-climate-controlled environment. Visa sponsorship is not offered, and several benefits accompany employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate equipment.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and basic math, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must understand product labels and load tickets.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
• Count and handle returned products.
• Operate warehouse automation and select systems accurately.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform safety checks on machinery and keep area clean.
• May perform yard switching and implement GMP and food safety rules.
