Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring for a warehouse associate at our Tempe location. You will pull, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup, assist with loading trucks, and manage inventory with accuracy. A forklift certification/experience is preferred, with a safety‑minded approach and ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive hourly pay, and performance bonuses up to $2,500. Minimum 18+ and a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior distribution/warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, and maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Keeps the facility clean, safe, and efficient.
