POOLCORP in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support the team by accurately receiving, pulling, and processing orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a forklift, log shipments, and coordinate with drivers and staff. Must be 18+, have a GED/high school diploma, and forklift experience; position offers hourly pay $17-19 and performance bonuses up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs, and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs them into inventory, and maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pick-ups.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks, and reports discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses.
