Codale Electric Supply, a Sonepar USA company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Sparks, NV. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control to ensure on-time deliveries. You’ll operate warehouse equipment, maintain organized areas, and collaborate with teams to uphold quality and accuracy.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for long-term growth, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Certifications: Forklift certification is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments specific to each customer order- ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels, documents while prepping products in staging areas for transportation or pickups.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Collaborate and assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations to ensure smooth workflow and accurate stock levels.
• Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring it is clean and free from hazards.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods, coordinating with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
