Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH (Carbel) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Miami to support daily warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, label, receive and ship inventory using SAP, WMS, and PDA scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time on-site role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and overtime flexibility. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, and voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS used for warehouse activities.
• Ability to use keyboard, monitor, PDA scanner and calculator.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment including barcode scanners and pallet jacks.
• Load/unload containers and assist with returns and damaged goods.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
