Qualifications

• Must be trained and licensed to operate power equipment.
• Minimum 1 year power equipment operation experience for non-internal promotions.
• Requires satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate battery-operated and/or gas-powered equipment for transporting product.
• Follow all power equipment rules and regulations.
• Use personal protective safety equipment at all times.
• Demonstrate scanner functions necessary for the position.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory movement.
• Inspect and perform equipment maintenance as required.
• Participate in Physical Inventory and Customer Appreciation Warehouse Sale events.
• Assist in processing returned book fairs and customer reorders.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work area.
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
