Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a janitorial associate to perform cleaning duties in a warehouse and dock areas. You will sweep, mop, scrub floors, operate forklifts and power washers, and maintain safety standards across GCNA facilities.

The role requires at least 1 year in janitorial services, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a safety-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
• One-year experience in janitorial services, or related field.
• Ability to operate forklifts, floor scrubbers, blowers, and power washers.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or using powered scrubbers.
• Operate forklifts to move trash, pallets, or materials as needed.
• Use blowers to maintain cleanliness in dock and exterior spaces.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Collect and empty trash and recycling; clean and dust areas as instructed.
