Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Unit Discrepancy Reports Clerk for full-time shifts in a warehouse environment. You will research PO discrepancies, process Receiving Worksheets, and manage daily KPI data while coordinating with buyers, drivers, and managers.

The role involves handling PO verification, RF equipment, dock operations, and routine reporting to support efficient receiving and inventory control. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Research PO discrepancies as necessary.
• Run daily Receiving Worksheets and schedule appointments.
• Key in daily KPI data and confirm POs.
• Forward Product Discrepancy Reports to buyers daily.
• Maintain Locked ULL report and distribute RF guns.
• Report space needs daily and troubleshoot RF issues.
• Distribute work assignments per manager’s direction.
• Greet drivers and assign dock space.
• Print Warehouse POs and review ULL daily.
