Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support warehouse operations by validating order accuracy, pallet integrity, and food safety compliance. The role inspects trailers, locations, pallets, cases, and totes to ensure correct brands, varieties, counts, and pallet construction.

This role works with leadership to correct issues, rebuild pallets, and protect the customer experience, inventory integrity, and root-cause analysis to reduce future errors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; additional training in quality or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience: 1 year with a WMS; preferred in food distribution or QA.
• Roles: solid attention to accuracy and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Validate outbound and inbound warehouse production for accuracy and counts.
• Perform quality control on pallet construction and identify mispicks.
• Correct errors in real time with selectors to rebuild pallets.
• Support food safety, documentation, and root-cause analysis.
