Job summary

ASR International Corp is seeking a contractor Picker/Receiver (Water Spider) to support warehouse operations at 10575 Red Bluff Rd, Pasadena, TX. The role focuses on accurate picking, receiving, material movement, and freight handling in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is 7:00 AM–3:45 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work possible. Contract duration up to 12 months with potential extension. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience required
• Experience with receiving and picking transactions preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently
• Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Maintain basic written documentation and communication as required
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory and material handling tasks
• Operate a computer and perform basic PC-related functions
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight
• Support material movement throughout the warehouse as needed
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
