Job summary

ASR International Corp is seeking a contractor Picker/Receiver (Water Spider) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role handles picking, receiving, material movement, and freight handling while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse.

Based in Pasadena, TX, the position requires forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma, with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Mon–Fri, potential overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, receiving, picking, or related experience.
• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Experience with receiving and picking transactions preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Maintain basic written documentation and communication as required.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory and material handling tasks.
• Operate a computer and perform basic PC-related functions.
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight.
• Support material movement throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
