Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Receiver in Boynton Beach, FL. This full-time role involves loading/unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and organizing materials while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

You will work closely with the Tile Warehouse Manager, handle palletized loads, and support container receipt and process improvements across operations. A strong emphasis on reliability and physical stamina is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
• Able to lift and move heavy boxes 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge/experience with forklifts and reach machines; 1+ year preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets and wrap for delivery.
• Organize and store material in designated locations.
• Communicate inventory damage or issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist in container receipt and support operations team improvements.
