POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Palm Beach, FL to support order receipt, pulling, packing, and shipment processing in a fast-paced environment. The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and adherence to safety procedures.

You will coordinate deliveries with teams and customers while maintaining accurate inventory records. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company’s extensive warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; perform audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; perform safety checks.
• Help keep facility clean, safe, and efficient; perform other duties as assigned.
