Wiseway Supply is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for our Blue Ash, Ohio location to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork as you support daily distribution operations.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21, and bring basic reading and math skills. Forklift certification is a plus; pre-employment screenings apply. Benefits include competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory control is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners is beneficial.
• Forklift certification or experience may be preferred, depending on the role.
• All selected candidates undergo pre-employment screenings (background check and drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Carefully pack products using appropriate packing materials.
• Verify item quantities and quality before packaging.
• Label and seal packages correctly and maintain tidy packing area.
• Assist with restocking shelves and inventory counts as needed.
• Operate forklift if certified and safe to do so.
