Gojob is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate for a fashion warehouse located in Groveport, OH. You will be responsible for packing and shipping customer orders as well as receiving shipments and issuing returns/refunds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience picking & packing in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Lift 15–50 pounds, stand long periods, push/pull, walk, and occasionally bend or kneel.
• Comfortable receiving, growing from, and giving feedback.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, pitching in to support other teams.

• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Learn and use company systems and software.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports inventory processes including receiving shipments, processing orders, and handling returns.
• Quickly and accurately fulfill orders with efficiency and quality.
• Keep inventory areas organized and follow procedures.
• Use inventory management tools and software.
• Coordinate gifting programs and organize product samples for photo shoots.
• Work with teams and third parties to troubleshoot inventory and fulfillment issues.
