Randstad is seeking motivated picker/packers for our distribution teams in Riverside, CA. This role involves active physical work, daily movement through fast-paced warehouse environments, and consistent earnings through steady shifts.

Responsibilities include locating orders, packing items securely, and using basic carts and dollies to move goods between stages. Training and safety guidelines will be provided.

Job description

Ready for a highly active, hands-on role with an immediate start? We are urgently seeking motivated picker packers to join essential distribution teams. If you prefer to be moving and working with your hands, this role offers daily physical activity, consistent work, and consistent earnings.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking tasks: Travel through warehouse aisles to locate and pull products indicated by order documentation, efficiently moving required inventory from storage to staging areas.
• Packing tasks: Prepare pulled products for shipment, which involves boxing, applying protective packaging, sealing, and affixing correct shipping labels.
• Utilize basic material handling aids like rolling carts and hand dollies to transport items between picking and packing stations.
• Assist with basic stock handling, ensuring inventory in picking locations is organized and easily accessible for efficient retrieval.
• Adhere to all required speed and accuracy metrics set for both the picking and the final packing process.
