Job summary

Randstad USA is currently seeking reliable picker/packer associates in Hutto, TX. The role involves accurately picking items from designated storage areas using RF scanners or pick tickets and efficiently packing them for shipment.

You will move orders with carts or hand trucks and perform final quality checks to ensure accuracy and complete documentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of high-speed operation, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow SKUs and quantities accurately.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and basic packing equipment.
• Comfort with lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

This dual role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are just as efficient on the warehouse floor as they are meticulous at the packing station.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve inventory items from designated storage areas using RF scanners or digital pick tickets, strictly following quantity and SKU specifications.
• Packing: Select appropriate shipping materials (boxes, padding, labels) and efficiently pack items to ensure they are secure, damage-free, and correctly labeled for shipment.
• Operate manual material handling equipment (carts, hand trucks) to move pulled orders from the picking area to the packing or staging lines.
• Perform final quality checks on every order before sealing, ensuring the contents match the order manifest and that documentation is complete.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized picking aisle and packing station to support high-speed operation and inventory integrity.
