Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Lenexa, KS to pick and pack a wide range of products in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. You will stand on a packing line, use RF scanners for inventory, and move items with pallet jacks and forklifts while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to varying tasks in a fast-paced facility with 7,500+ products. Contract-to-hire with onsite shifts available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, and general warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with RF scan procedures for inventory and order processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on a packing line.
• Comfort working in a nonclimate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to perform material handling tasks (loading, stacking, moving).
• Experience using pallet jacks for moving pallets.
• Basic understanding of shipping and packaging processes.
• Attention to detail when matching product numbers and labels.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products of various sizes according to order specifications.
• Work on a packing line, standing for most of the shift to package efficiently.
• Match product numbers and labels to ensure correct items are packed and shipped.
• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and track inventory.
• Perform general material handling tasks including stacking, loading, and moving products.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move pallets and larger items safely.
• Follow established warehouse shipping and packaging procedures.
• Support order picking activities and help organize products within designated areas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and dress code requirements.
• Remain flexible to perform different tasks in a 7,500+ product warehouse.
