Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is hiring a warehouse associate for the Springfield, OH area. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and order preparation for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 80 lbs, and working in coolers, freezers, and dry areas. Starting pay is $17/hour with incentive opportunities up to $22/hour. Walk-in interviews weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift and stack 10–80 lbs; work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack product per standards.
• Operate scanning equipment and packing per customer specifications.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
